I had to pay a supposed needed eservation fee\ months before the rowing course started to guarantee my spot. The course came and went and besides not being contacted by them, the course was full and they assigned me to another time. I wasnt able to join that one so I requested to cancel and get my fee back. After being shoved from employee to employee over this matter, never saw my fee back as they said that wouldnt be possible with no further explanation (which by the way it was just 10 euros). Riddiculous. Do not recommend to anyone.
